This policy explains what data we collect, why, who can access it and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. Data we collect
When you fill in a form or send a message, we may collect:
- Information you provide: name, WhatsApp number, unit or property type of interest, and your message.
- Technical information: pages visited, buttons clicked, device or browser type, and referring page.
- WhatsApp click records: the related project and page, without your name or number until you send a message.
We do not ask for bank card numbers, passwords or identity documents through this site.
2. How data is collected
- When you submit a form on a project page.
- When you click a WhatsApp link — a click record is sent to our lead system.
- When you contact us through WhatsApp, phone or email.
3. Why we collect it
- To reply to enquiries and provide project, pricing or viewing information.
- To help compare units, instalments and the buying process.
- To keep sales and joint-venture (JV) records for the relevant project.
- To improve the site and its content.
We process data based on your consent when you submit a form or contact us, and our legitimate interest in real estate work.
4. Who can access it
Your data may be accessed by:
- Ameerul Azrie as the site operator.
- The JV agent partner for the project you enquired about, for the same follow-up purpose.
- Technical service providers: Google (Sheets/Apps Script), Telegram, Cloudflare and WhatsApp/Meta.
- Authorities or professional advisers where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may store data outside Malaysia; we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected.
5. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above, usually up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion or the law requires a longer period.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you may:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Withdraw consent to be contacted.
- Ask for your data to be deleted, subject to legal obligations.

7. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. If site analytics is enabled later, it will be used to understand traffic in aggregate. WhatsApp and third-party platforms have their own privacy policies.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, restricted access to our records and reasonable safeguards. No system is 100% secure, so avoid sending sensitive documents through WhatsApp unless requested.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
