For new projects, the commission is usually paid by the developer. You don't pay more than the stated price. I'll explain the terms so you feel comfortable before moving ahead.
Malaysian citizens working in Singapore can buy as usual. What matters is income documentation and the DSR calculation. I can walk you through what the bank needs.
